​Our store is named for and themed in honor of the legacy left by our grandfather, Dandy. He was a honest and hard-working man that loved God, his country and the simple things of life. A craftsman that loved the outdoors, nothing made him happier than time surrounded by friends and family. We hope to share that legacy and feeling right at home with everyone that comes through our doors. 

Dandy's Country Market transports the customer to a simpler place and time with inventory providing quality and handcrafted  products. Many of our products come from Amish country in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. With choices for your pantry, home and outdoor and great service to boot!

Residents of Milton in the Florida panhandle since 2010, Allen and Terrie moved into the area from living in Pennsylvania Dutch Country for 10 years. They are excited to bring hand-selected products to the store that represent only the best quality and offer a completely new shopping experience to their customers. Seeking out all-natural local, regional and American-made is a priority.

Terry "Poppytop" Ayers


Dandy's youngest son and  also a craftsman, Poppytop builds custom small furniture and chests to meet your specific need. Specializing in cedar chests, tables and cabinets, he will meet with you to understand what you need for that special gift or hard-to-find table that will just fit.


He is also a Navy man that is a plank owner of the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier the U.S.S. Enterprise, he was drawn to the Pensacola area after visiting with his family for many vacations and relocated in 2007. So if you are looking for a quality built small piece, call the store to set up your appointment.
